Occupational Therapist (School-Based) – Multiple Openings

Location: Central, Eastern, and Southern Peninsula areas
Start Date: August 17, 2026
Contract Length: 9 Months (School Year)
Schedule: 36 hours/week
Openings: 3 positions (including 0.5 FTE in Eastern Peninsula)

Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated Occupational Therapists (OTs) to support students in a school-based setting. In this role, you will conduct evaluations, develop individualized therapy plans, provide direct therapy services, and maintain accurate documentation in alignment with each student’s plan of care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform student evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Deliver occupational therapy services to students
• Document services and progress in compliance with care plans and regulations
• Collaborate with educators, staff, and families as needed

Minimum Requirements

• Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of practice
• At least 18 years of age
• Knowledge of and compliance with professional OT standards
• One (1) year of experience preferred (not required)
• Current CPR certification (if applicable)
• TB screening (questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray as required)
• Current health certificate per state/contract requirements
• Must meet all federal, state, and local compliance requirements

Compensation

• Pay Rate: $55/hour (local)
