Description
The Physical Therapist is responsible for performing patient evaluations, as well as providing and documenting therapy services in accordance with the plan of care developed for each individual patient and physician’s orders when applicable.
Minimum Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice
- Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy
- One (1) year of prior professional Physical Therapy experience preferred
- Current CPR if applicable
- TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
- Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
- Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
Shift: Consistent schedule but not determined until offer - likely Mon, Wed | Wed, Fri | Tues, Thurs
Hours: 16-20/wk
Hourly: $60/hr
Location: Colorado Springs, CO
Responsibilities: Primarily assisting with workers comp. Working with a lot of firefighters and police officers. There is another PT onsite that supports separate tasks. Direction from the NP and MD onsite that are their authorized treatment providers (ATP).
