Position Overview

We are seeking a Respiratory Therapist (CRT or RRT) to provide advanced cardiopulmonary care for medically complex patients in a specialty hospital environment.

This role is ideal for therapists with strong critical care, LTAC, ventilator, and airway management experience.

Responsibilities

  • Mechanical ventilation management
  • Oxygen and aerosol therapy
  • Tracheostomy and airway care
  • ABG monitoring and interpretation
  • Ventilator weaning
  • Emergency response and airway support
  • Patient and family education
  • Pulmonary disease management

Required Qualifications

  • Virginia Respiratory Therapist License
  • CRT or RRT credential through NBRC
  • Current BLS
  • Current ACLS

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years respiratory therapy experience
  • ICU experience
  • LTAC experience
  • Step-down/progressive care experience
  • Ventilator management experience
  • Trach and airway management experience
