Position: Physical Therapist

Location: Lakeport, CA

Setting: Home Health

Duration: 13-weeks

Patient Load: 4-5 Patients per day

Compensation 

Travel Package: $3,206/week + mileage reimbursement

*Must reside over 50 miles away to qualify for travel package*

• Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week
• Flexible hours! 

Requirements

• CA PT License
• 1+ yrs experience as an HH Physical Therapist
• Willingness to travel between patients - Mileage reimbursement provided!
  • CA driver's license & auto insurance is a MUST!
