Staff Pharmacist | Contract-to-Hire Opportunity | Bentonville, AR

We're seeking a licensed Pharmacist for a full-time contract-to-hire opportunity with a growing healthcare organization in the Bentonville area. This role offers a stable weekday schedule, a collaborative team environment, and the potential for long-term employment.

Schedule

Monday-Friday daytime hours
Occasional weekend rotation (approximately once every 3 weeks)
Optional on-call opportunities

Responsibilities

Review, verify, and dispense medications
Counsel patients and healthcare professionals on medication use
Monitor medication therapy and identify potential drug-related issues
Maintain accurate patient and pharmacy records
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers
Support medication safety and regulatory compliance initiatives

Qualifications

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree
Active Pharmacist license in good standing
Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient care
Experience in specialty, retail, infusion, long-term care, or related pharmacy settings welcomed
