Description

Central Vermont hospice home care agency in need of an experienced Hospice RN

Experience with hospice case management required
Experience providing hospice care in a home setting required.
Prior experience with rural travel preferred.
Experience with McKesson/Netsmart EMR preferred
Work schedule Monday - Friday
2+ years of hospice case management experience required
VT/Compact RN license required
BLS required
