Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts
1 surgery per day average
1-2 weekday calls and 1 weekend per month -- no ER call
100% hospital-based practice
Patient mix: 95% pediatric, 4% neonate, 1% adult
Complex cardiac procedures including valve repair and congenital defects
Thoracic and chest wall procedures required
Call back rate approximately 10%
We provide complimentary housing and travel
We arrange and cover costs for licensing and malpractice
We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
