  • 7 on/7 off schedule with 24-hour coverage
  • 8-10 inpatients per shift
  • CVICU with cardiac surgery and thoracic procedures
  • Fellowship required for cardiac critical care
  • In-house call with 1:3 ratio and 20-minute response
  • 4 hours onsite starting 6 am for rounding
  • Experience with LVAD, ECMO, and impella devices required
  • No OR or first assist duties required
  • We provide complimentary housing and travel
  • We arrange and cover costs for licensing and malpractice
  • We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
