Description
- 7 on/7 off schedule with 24-hour coverage
- 8-10 inpatients per shift
- CVICU experience
- 4 hours onsite starting 6am for rounding
- Optional call with 1:3 ratio
- Experience with cardiac surgeries and thoracic procedures required
- Average 3 admissions per 24 hours
- No first assist or OR procedures required
