- Monday - Friday, 7 am - 6 pm (closed 12 pm - 1 pm daily)
- 19 patients daily
- All ages seen
- Community outreach experience required
- 2+ years of experience in primary care required
- Comfortable working with underserved patient populations
- Hospital privileges required
