Description
- 16-hour shifts
- Average daily census: 9 - 11 (NICU/Nursery)
- Approximately 1,250 annual deliveries
- Daytime collaboration with neonatologists on-site
- Nighttime in-house coverage -- neonatologist on call with 30-min response
- Attendance at deliveries required
- Education of RN/RT teams as volume and acuity increase
- NRP certification required
