• Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm, 8-hour shifts
• Minimum 18 patients per day
• Outpatient FQHC/rural health setting
• Mixed pediatric and adult patient population
• Chronic pain management experience required
• 3+ years experience in primary care (FP/UC) required
• Ongoing assignment -- ASAP start
