Job description:

Location: White Plains, NY | $47.74/hr - 62.88/hr + 2-4/hr shift differential | Permanent Role

About the Role:

We’re seeking a dedicated and skilled Respiratory Therapist to join a reputable healthcare facility in White Plains, NY . This is a permanent position offer 13, 12 hour shifts per month. Competitive hourly earnings of $47.74/hr - 60.32/hr + 2-4/hr shift differential, a sign-on bonus of $10,000, and a comprehensive benefits package. What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver high-quality respiratory therapy to patients with acute and chronic conditions
  • Administer and monitor oxygen therapy, aerosol treatments, and ventilator management
  • Perform diagnostic procedures such as arterial blood gas analysis and pulmonary function testing
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other care team members to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Educate patients and families on treatment procedures and respiratory health
  • Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Licensed Respiratory Therapist in the state of New York
✔ Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program (RRT preferred)
✔ Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred (new grads welcome)
✔ Strong technical skills, patient communication, and teamwork

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Annual Pay: $47.74/hr - 62.88/hr + 2-4/hr shift differential
  • Schedule: Total of 13 shifts per month
  • Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000
  • Start date: March - April
