Location: Terre Haute, IN
Overview
A not-for-profit acute care hospital in Terre Haute, Indiana is hiring X-Ray Technologists to support diagnostic imaging services across a hospital-based radiology department. This is a permanent, direct hire role offering exposure to a wide range of imaging environments and patient populations.

Schedule
• Full-time, 40 hours/week
• Varied shifts available (days, evenings, nights)
• Shift lengths vary based on department needs
• Weekend and holiday rotation required (approx. 2 holidays/year)
Compensation & Incentives
• Hourly range: $26.34 – $39.51
• Annual range: ~$54,787 – $82,181 (DOE)
• $5,000 sign-on bonus – 1-year commitment
• $10,000 sign-on bonus – 2-year commitment
(One-time payment after 120 days of employment)

Key Responsibilities
• Perform diagnostic X-ray procedures safely and efficiently
• Prepare patients and operate imaging equipment per physician orders
• Position patients accurately to obtain high-quality images
• Maintain accurate documentation in Cerner
• Adhere to professional imaging and safety standards
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care
Requirements
• Graduate of an A.M.A.-approved Radiologic Technology program
• Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) Radiology license
• ARRT registered or ARRT-eligible
• CPR/BLS certification
• Flexibility to meet department scheduling needs
