Physical Therapist – Inpatient Acute / IRC
Pay: $94,140 – $129,459 per year ($45.26 – $62.24/hr, DOE)

A large, not-for-profit healthcare organization in Medford, Oregon is hiring a Physical Therapist for a permanent, full-time role in an Inpatient Acute / Inpatient Rehabilitation (IRC) setting. Hospital-based acute care and inpatient rehab setting
Team-based care model (never working alone)
Shift Details
Monday–Friday
8-hour shifts (typically 8:00a–5:00p)
No overnight shifts
Limited weekend or holiday rotation may apply
Compensation & Incentives
Salary range: $94,140 – $129,459 annually (based on experience)
Hourly range: $45.26 – $62.24/hr

Key Responsibilities
Treat inpatients across orthopedics, general medicine, ICU, and post-surgical units
Provide mobility training, functional assessments, and discharge planning
Collaborate with physicians, nursing, and rehab teams
Develop individualized plans of care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Support quality, safety, and patient-centered care
Requirements
Physical Therapist license (Oregon PT License or PT Compact Privilege)
Temporary Oregon PT license accepted (permanent license required within 90 days)
BLS Certification (AHA) required
