Salary range: $111,009.60 – $166,524.80 annually (based on experience)
$20,000 sign-on bonus (paid at hire with 2-year commitment)

Key Responsibilities
Verify medication orders for accuracy and safety
Provide drug information to physicians, nursing staff, and ancillary departments
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and state/national pharmacy regulations
Participate in pharmacy administration projects and quality initiatives
Support formulary management and policy compliance
Contribute to safe, effective, and evidence-based medication use across the hospital
Requirements
PharmD required
Licensed or eligible for Indiana pharmacist licensure
ASHP residency or equivalent experience preferred
Board certification preferred when eligible
Strong communication skills
Ability to work a flexible daytime schedule
