Physical Therapist (PT) – Permanent | Day Shift | Sign-On Bonus

Pay
$37.42 – $56.13 per hour (based on experience)

Position Overview

We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join a hospital-based rehabilitation team in Bryan, Ohio. This role focuses on evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions designed to restore mobility and maximize functional outcomes.

You will work closely with physicians, rehabilitation staff, and Physical Therapist Assistants to deliver high-quality patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic interventions and assistive devices
• Collaborate with PTAs regarding treatment plans and supervision
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) required for graduates after 1/1/2016
• Physical Therapist license or eligibility in the state of Ohio
• CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
• Strong communication and patient care skills
