Pay
$40.42 – $60.63 per hour (based on experience)

Position Overview

We are seeking a Lead Physical Therapist to serve as a clinical and operational leader for a specialized outpatient sports medicine clinic in Wabash, Indiana.

This hybrid role combines high-level clinical care with leadership responsibilities, supporting program development and collaborating closely with orthopedic surgeons, sports medicine physicians, and rehabilitation leadership.

The clinic focuses on athletes, active adults, and post-operative orthopedic rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-level orthopedic and sports rehabilitation care
• Support daily clinic operations and staff supervision
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement evidence-based therapy techniques
• Collaborate with physicians and orthopedic surgeons
• Monitor clinical outcomes and improve treatment protocols
• Participate in staff meetings and quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications

Required:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's in Physical Therapy
• Active or eligible Indiana PT license
• CPR certification
• Strong clinical reasoning and manual therapy skills

Preferred:

• 2+ years outpatient orthopedic experience
• Sports medicine or athletic rehabilitation experience
• Training in techniques such as McKenzie, Maitland, Dry Needling, or Graston
• Leadership experience
