Radiologic Technologist Opportunities - Southern Oregon
Direct Hire | Full-Time | Multiple Shifts Available
A respected Southern Oregon healthcare system is hiring multiple permanent, full-time Radiologic Technologists across a large regional referral hospital and a well-established community hospital.
These openings are ideal for technologists seeking long-term stability, competitive pay, shift flexibility, and growth within a strong multi-site health system.
Current Openings
Regional Referral Hospital – Southern Oregon Metro Area
- 1st Shift / Days
- 2nd Shift / Evenings
Large acute-care hospital with higher imaging volume, emergency department exposure, inpatient and outpatient studies, surgical imaging, and advanced equipment.
Community Hospital – Scenic Southern Oregon Town
- 3rd Shift / Nights
Smaller hospital setting with a close-knit team, strong autonomy, broad imaging exposure, and community-focused environment.
Position Overview
- Permanent, full-time roles
- 40 hours per week
- Hospital-based imaging positions
- EPIC electronic medical record system
- Modern digital imaging and PACS environment
- General X-ray, ED, inpatient, outpatient, portable, and OR imaging exposure
Shift Details
- 8-hour or 10-hour shifts depending opening
- Day, evening, and night opportunities available
- Specific schedules reviewed during interview process
- Weekend rotation may apply depending department needs
Shift Differentials
- Evening shift differential: $1.96/hr
- Night shift differential: $4.25/hr
- Weekend differential: $1.82/hr
Compensation & Incentives
- Base salary range: $70,532 - $105,810 annually (based on experience)
- Additional earnings available through shift differentials
- Relocation assistance may be available and reviewed at offer

Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic radiology exams
- Portable imaging procedures
- Emergency Department imaging
- OR / C-arm support
- Fluoroscopy support
- Maintain image quality and patient safety standards
- Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and clinical teams
Requirements
- ARRT (R) Certification required
- BLS Certification required
- Oregon state license or eligibility required
- Hospital imaging experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
