Respiratory Therapist Opportunity – Tonasket, Washington
Direct Hire | Full-Time | Day Shift + Call
A community-focused healthcare organization in Tonasket, Washington is hiring a Respiratory Therapist for a permanent, full-time opportunity. Position Overview
- Permanent, full-time role
- 40 hours per week
- Monday–Friday day schedule
- Highly autonomous position
- Broad patient population across multiple care areas
- TruBridge – Evident charting system
Shift Details
- Monday–Friday
- 7:30a–4:00p
- On-call coverage required for weekends and holidays
- 20-minute call response time required
Compensation & Benefits
- $30.86 – $60.63 per hour
- $64,188 – $126,110 annually based on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory assessments and treatments
- Manage oxygen therapy, BiPAP, CPAP, and ventilators
- Draw ABGs and perform 12-lead EKGs
- Intubate and manage airways independently
- Respond to emergencies and stabilize patients for transport
- Perform Pulmonary Function Tests two days per week
- Educate patients and families on respiratory care plans
- Document care accurately in the EMR

- Bella Vista 1000 ventilators
- Trilogy 202 ventilators
- Fisher & Paykel humidification systems
- Panda Model 1502 infant warmer
- NDD Easy One Pro PFT system
- Variety of respiratory monitoring devices
Requirements
- Washington Respiratory Care Practitioner license
- CRT required
- RRT preferred
- BLS required
- 1+ year of experience preferred
- PFT experience required
- Must be able to work independently
