Speech Language Pathologist Opportunities – Yuma, Arizona
Full-time permanent position | Day shift (8a–5p)
We’re hiring a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a collaborative therapy team at a community-focused hospital in Yuma, AZ. This is a permanent, benefits-eligible role offering competitive pay, relocation assistance, and sign-on incentives within an acute care Level II Trauma setting.
Speech Language Pathologist
Provide skilled evaluation and treatment for patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders, including:
• Assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing impairments across diverse patient populations
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to promote recovery and functional independence
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and coordinate care
• Document in EPIC EMR, maintaining accurate and timely records
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment goals and home strategies
$40.82 – $51.03+ per hour DOE
Hourly Range: $40.82 (min) – $51.03 (mid) – $61.23 (max)
Annual Equivalent (40 hrs/week): $84,905 – $106,142 (mid) – $127,358
Day shift, 8a–5p | 40 hrs/week
Acute care, Level II Trauma Center
Required:
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active Arizona SLP license (or eligibility)
• BLS (AHA)
• 1+ year of experience in speech-language pathology
Preferred:
• Experience in acute or inpatient care settings
• Familiarity with EPIC EMR
