Physical Therapist Opportunities – Yuma, Arizona
Full-time permanent position | Day shift (8a–5p)
We’re hiring a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) to join a supportive rehabilitation team at a community-focused hospital in Yuma, AZ. Physical Therapist
Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to help patients regain function, mobility, and independence, including:
• Evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and post-surgical conditions
• Develop individualized treatment plans and adjust care techniques as patients progress
• Direct and supervise the activities of Physical Therapist Assistants
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal outcomes
• Document evaluations, care plans, and progress notes accurately in EPIC EMR
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and preventative strategies
$40.82 – $51.03+ per hour DOE
Hourly Range: $40.82 (min) – $51.03 (mid) – $61.23 (max)
Annual Equivalent (40 hrs/week): $84,905 – $106,142 (mid) – $127,358

Acute care, Level II Trauma Center
Required:
• Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Active Arizona PT license (or eligibility)
• BLS (AHA)
Preferred:
• 1+ year of experience in physical therapy (acute or inpatient)
• Experience with EPIC EMR
