Permanent Occupational Therapist | Up to $10K Sign-On + Relocation + 3 Months Housing | Day Shift
Full-Time Occupational Therapist – Acute Care / Hospital Setting
Location: Yuma
Schedule: Full-Time | Days | 8-hour shifts | 40 hrs/week
Setting: Acute Care Hospital
Compensation
💰 $84,900 – $154,000+/year (DOE)
Hourly Range: $40.82 – $74.09/hr
Additional Incentives:

About the Opportunity
Join a respected regional Level II Trauma Center with a growing rehab department and strong interdisciplinary support. This is a great opportunity for an OT seeking long-term stability, full benefits, and a diverse hospital-based caseload.
You’ll collaborate with physicians, nursing, case management, PT, SLP, and rehab staff to help patients maximize independence and safely transition through recovery.
Occupational Therapist Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Improve ADLs, mobility, safety awareness, and functional independence
- Recommend adaptive equipment and compensatory strategies
- Train patients and families on safe transitions and home needs
- Adjust plans of care based on progress and clinical presentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on discharge planning
- Supervise COTAs/support staff as appropriate
- Complete documentation in EPIC EMR
Specialty Skills Welcomed
Therapists with backgrounds such as:
- Lymphedema management
- Neuro rehab / stroke recovery
- Upper extremity / hand therapy exposure
- Ortho / post-surgical recovery
- Cognitive rehab
- Geriatrics

Requirements
- Graduate of accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Active OT license or ability to obtain Arizona licensure
- BLS (AHA) required
- 1+ year experience preferred
