Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily nursing operations and patient care quality
- Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff
- Ensure accurate documentation in the EMR (e.g., EPIC)
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain regulatory and quality‑of‑care compliance
- Manage staffing, schedules, and resource allocation
- Support onboarding, training, and professional development
- Monitor clinical equipment and supply needs
- Lead quality improvement and patient‑experience initiatives
Requirements
- BSN
- Georgia RN License (Required)
- BLS Certification (Required)
- 2 years of supervisory/management experience in medical acute nursing unit
- 3 years of medical surgical RN experience
