Job Description
A community-focused healthcare organization in Nebraska is hiring a Radiology Technologist for a permanent, full-time role supporting both the Hospital Radiology Department and the Physician Clinic Radiology Department. This position offers exposure to a wide variety of imaging modalities and strong cross-training opportunities in CT.

Position Overview
- Permanent, full-time direct-hire role
- Schedule: Monday–Friday day shifts
- Utilize C-arms, power injectors, potable units, etc.
- Cross-training in CT provided
- Radiographic & Fluoroscopy unit
Shift Details
- Shifts will fall between 7:00a–5:00pm M-F
- Participation in rotating weekend, night, and holiday on-call (must get to facility within 30 minutes)
- 36 hours per week
- Pay range: $29.00 – $45.00 per hour (based on experience)

Compensation & Incentives
Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of diagnostic radiographic procedures utilizing ionizing radiation
- Position patients appropriately to obtain optimal diagnostic images
- Select and enter appropriate technical parameters for imaging equipment
- Perform imaging procedures in diagnostic, fluoroscopy, surgical, portable, and CT areas
- Operate imaging equipment safely while minimizing radiation exposure
- Utilize radiation safety techniques including collimation, shielding, and dosimetry
- Operate PACS and teleradiology systems to ensure image availability for interpretation
- Process and verify digital images for radiologist review
- Operate power injectors for contrast-enhanced CT exams
- Assess patient condition and adapt imaging techniques as needed
- Obtain relevant patient history and communicate findings to the radiologist
- Follow patient identification, hand hygiene, and contrast administration protocols
- Always maintain patient safety and professional standards
Requirements
- ARRT Registered or registry-eligible
- Graduate of an AMA-approved Radiologic Technology program
- Nebraska License for Medical Radiographer
- Willingness to cross-train in CT
