Medical/Surgical & CCU RN Opportunity – Northeast Indiana

Direct Hire | Full-Time | Acute Care Setting

A community-focused hospital in Northeast Indiana is hiring an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Medical/Surgical & CCU unit. This is a direct-hire, permanent position requiring acute care RN experience. Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance may be available for qualified candidates.

Direct-hire, permanent RN role
Acute care RN experience required
Combined Medical/Surgical and CCU unit
26-bed unit (22 Med/Surg, 4 CCU)
Strong community-based hospital culture

Pay & Incentives

ASN: $28.66–$47.29/hr
BSN: $30.66–$49.29/hr
Sign-on bonus available
Relocation assistance may be available

Unit Details

Unit located on the 2nd floor
Nurse-to-patient ratios:
- Med/Surg: 4–5:1
- CCU: 1:2
Patients may transition from Med/Surg to CCU based on acuity
High level of collaboration with providers and case management

Clinical Experience Includes

Patient assessment and vital sign monitoring
Medication administration
Peripheral IV insertion and maintenance
Catheter management
Wound care
Laboratory specimen collection
Care for patients ranging from pediatric to geriatric populations

Candidate Requirements

Active RN license
Acute care RN experience required
ASN or BSN (pay based on degree)
Willingness to relocate to the facility area if not local
Acknowledgment that this is a direct-hire (non-travel) role
