Description

Location: St. James, MN
Position: Clinical Care Leader RN
Start Date: ASAP
Shift: Weekdays with every 3rd weekend on-call rotation
FTE: 0.8 (32 hours per week, potential for 40 hours)

Seeking a strong and compassionate Clinical Care Leader RN to oversee daily operations and provide leadership support within a skilled nursing environment. This role combines hands-on patient care with leadership responsibilities, requiring excellent critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills.

Requirements:

Active RN license (state or compact)
Proven leadership or charge nurse experience preferred
Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
Ability to lead with kindness, consistency, and professionalism

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay: $38–$55/hr (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 (paid incrementally)

Setting: Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care Patient Population: 29–32 residents Work Environment: Office and floor-based leadership role FTE: 0.8 (32 hrs/week; potential for 40 hrs) Shift: Weekdays + every 3rd weekend on-call rotation Start Date: ASAP Pay Range: $38–$55/hr Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 (incremental payout) License Required: RN
