Job Type: Full-time (1.0 FTE)
Shift: 2:15 PM – 10:45 PM (some variation possible)

Overview

Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join a compassionate long-term care team. This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact in a 78-bed skilled nursing environment caring for approximately 51–54 residents, including a small number of short-term rehab patients.

Position Details

Location: International Falls, MN
Setting: Nursing Home / Long Term Care
Patient Population: Primarily LTC with 2–4 rehab patients
Shift: 2:15 PM – 10:45 PM or varying
FTE: 1.0 (Full-time)
Start Date: ASAP
Compensation & Benefits
Union Pay Range: $39.04 – $47.62/hr (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus: $20,000 with a 3-year commitment
Relocation Bonus: Not available

Qualifications - Active RN license in the state of Minnesota (or compact equivalent) - Graduate of an accredited nursing program - Previous LTC or skilled nursing experience preferred - Strong leadership, critical thinking, and communication skills
