Stepdown/PCU RN Opportunity – Show Low, Arizona

Direct Hire | Full-Time | 12-Hour Night Shifts

Job Description

A community-focused healthcare organization in Show Low, Arizona is hiring a Stepdown/PCU Registered Nurse (RN) for a permanent, full-time role. This position is based on an 18-bed Telemetry unit with PCU capability on all beds.

Position Overview

Permanent, full-time role
Start date: ASAP
24-bed Tele unit with full PCU capability
Care for patients with AMI, Stroke/TIA’s, Pneumonia, Renal, etc.
Support staff available

Shift Details

12-hour Night shifts
6p-6a
36 hours per week

Compensation & Incentives

Pay range: $31.00 – $47.00 per hour (based on experience)
Eligible for up to $10,000 sign-on bonus
Relocation assistance available up to $5,000
Complete benefits package available

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality Stepdown/PCU nursing care
Monitor and interpret telemetry
Ensure patient safety, comfort, and quality outcomes
Collaborate with hospitalists, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams
Participate in unit floating as assigned
Practices within professional, legal and ethical standards and is accountable for actions and decisions at all times.
Etc.

Requirements

Active RN license (Arizona or compact)
Minimum of 2 years of recent Stepdown/PCU RN experience
BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), NIHSS
