Overview:The Cardiovascular Radiology Technologist is responsible for delivering high-quality diagnostic and interventional imaging services to support the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular conditions. This role involves performing cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology procedures with technical expertise, ensuring the safe and effective operation of radiographic equipment. The technologist demonstrates a commitment to patient-centered care, exercises sound clinical judgment, and upholds professional and ethical standards.

Responsibilities:- Assists the physician in the performance of cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology studies.
- Acts as a liaison between the patient and the cardiologist to ensure coordinated and compassionate care is delivered.
- Utilizes equipment and techniques in a manner that protects the patient, self, and staff from unnecessary radiation.
- Ensures the safe operation of highly sophisticated imaging, monitoring, and data recording equipment and monitors the quality of the work to ensure that high-quality, diagnostic images and safe levels of radiation output
- Associate's Degree (Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology) and
- 1-2 years experience
- Related Interventional Radiology, Cardiac Catheterization Lab or Special Procedures experience OR
- 1-2 years experience
- 3-5 years experience
- Prior work experience in the same job may be accepted in lieu of a degree
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Registered Radiologic Technologist ARRT
- ARRT Certification Required
- Healthcare BLS Required

Our pay ranges are market competitive. The pay range for this job begins at $33.23/hr, but your offer will be determined based on your education and experience.
