Description
Valley Health Specialty Hospital is the first orthopedic surgery and inpatient rehabilitation facility in the Las Vegas area. The Valley Health Specialty Hospital is the first of its kind to offer both specialty orthopedics and inpatient rehab in one location.
Job Description: Responsible for directing and supervision of food service employees to ensure all duties, including food production and
sanitation requirements are completed in a timely manner, according to all local, state, and federal regulations.
Qualifications
Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred, Associates Degree a plus.
Experience: One to three years experience as a supervisor or manager in a food service facility. Experience
in acute care hospital or institutional food service preferred.
Technical Skills: Computer proficient
License/Certification: As required by Nevada State Law
Other: Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide service appropriate
to the age of the patient.
