Job Title: Occupational Therapy Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA)
Location: Woodstock, Virginia
Shift: 7a-3p, 07:00:00-15:00:00, 8.00-5

Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality patient care
Monitor and assess patients
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Float to other units as needed (based on facility requirement)

Requirements:

Active Occupational Therapy license (Virginia or compact)
Minimum Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) experience (facility-specific requirements may apply)
BLS (Basic Life Support) – Required
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) – Required
