Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, 35 guaranteed hours per week

Requirements:

• Valid and unrestricted Physical Therapist license
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current BLS certification issued through American Heart Association (AHA)
• Immunizations: MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B (or declination), annual TB testing
• Successful completion of background check, drug screening, and competency exam
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with commitment to patient-centered care
