Job Opportunity – Occupational Therapist Assistant – Goldthwaite, TX 76844

Start Date: May 11, 2026

Location: Goldthwaite, Texas

Schedule: Day shift, 8-hour shifts, 35 guaranteed hours per week. Travel assignment lasting approximately 13 weeks (89 days).

Highlights:

• Assist in implementing individualized therapy plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Provide direct patient care including therapeutic exercises, activities, and treatments in a skilled nursing facility setting
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure coordinated care and optimal patient outcomes
• Monitor patient progress and provide education to patients and families on therapeutic activities and techniques
• Guaranteed hours with consistent day shift schedule in a supportive rehabilitation environment

Requirements:

• Associate's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) license in Texas
• Minimum of 1 year experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting
• Current BLS certification issued through American Heart Association (AHA)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Clean professional license and background clearance
