Start Date: May 25, 2026

Location: Suffolk, Virginia

Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, 35 guaranteed hours per week

Requirements:

• Associate's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current Virginia Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) license
• Active BLS certification issued through American Heart Association (AHA)
• Skilled nursing facility experience preferred, though new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Experience with therapeutic modalities and NetHealth documentation system preferred
• Clean professional license and background clearance
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
