Job Opportunity – Physical Therapist – Petaluma, CA 94952

Start Date: July 13, 2026

Location: Petaluma, CA – One hour from San Francisco, 45 minutes from Napa Valley

Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, 35–40 guaranteed hours per week

Requirements:

• Valid and unrestricted California Physical Therapist license
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Active BLS certification through American Heart Association (AHA)
• SNF/LTC experience required; ability to adapt quickly to facility operations
• Demonstrated productivity and capability in building Part B caseloads
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with interdisciplinary teams
• Current competency exam, compliance documentation, and reference checks required
