Job Opportunity – Physical Therapist – Rutland, VT, 05701

Start Date: June 29, 2026

Location: Rutland, Vermont

Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, 35 guaranteed hours per week

Highlights:

13-week travel assignment in a skilled nursing facility setting
Opportunity to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for diverse patient populations
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists
Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities to facilitate patient recovery
Provide patient and family education on rehabilitation goals and home exercise programs

Requirements:

Valid and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in Vermont
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Minimum 1 year of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting
Current BLS certification through American Heart Association (AHA)
Clean professional license with no current or prior disciplinary action
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with commitment to patient-centered care
