Location: San Angelo, Texas

Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, 35 guaranteed hours per week

Requirements:

• Valid and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in Texas
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Minimum 1 year of experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting
• Current BLS certification issued through American Heart Association (AHA)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Comprehensive credentialing requirements including background check, drug screening, immunizations, and competency assessments
