Job Opportunity – Cardiovascular Operating Room Technologist – Tulsa, OK 74104

Start Date: June 1, 2026

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Schedule: Day shift, 4x10-hour shifts (06:30 - 17:00). Daily case volume of 6 procedures across 3 operating rooms. Call coverage required with 30-minute response time. 36-hour orientation period included.

Highlights:

• Comprehensive cardiovascular surgical program including open heart, vascular, and robotic procedures
• Work with advanced technology including ECMO, Impella, TAVR, and robotic cardiac surgery platforms
• Diverse case mix including CABG, EVAR, TCAR, lung resections, and all cardiac procedures except transplants
• Serve adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient populations
• First-time travelers welcome with minimum one year of experience
• 91-day assignment with potential for extension

Requirements:

• NBSTSA (National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting) certification required
• Minimum one year of cardiovascular operating room experience
• Valid state or compact surgical technologist license (must be in hand at time of application)
• Proficiency in aseptic technique and sterile processing procedures
• Experience with cardiac and vascular surgical procedures preferred
• Candidates residing within 75 miles of the facility are not eligible
