Job Opportunity – Physical Therapist – Camp Wood, TX 78833

Start Date: June 8, 2026

Location: Camp Wood, Texas

Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, 35 guaranteed hours per week. Assignment duration of 89 days (approximately 13 weeks).

Requirements:

• Valid and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in Texas
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Minimum 1 year of experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting
• Current BLS certification issued through American Heart Association (AHA)
• Skills checklist completed within one year for Physical Therapy specialty
• Two professional references from the past three years, including one supervisor reference
• Clear background check and health screenings including TB testing, MMR immunity, Varicella immunity, and Hepatitis B immunity
• Competency exam with 80% or passing score, and Joint Commission Core I, II, and III modules
