Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Operating Room – Tyler, TX 75701

Start Date: June 1, 2026

Location: Tyler, Texas

Schedule: Day shift, 4x10-hour shifts (10:30 AM - 9:00 PM) with rotating days off. Call required 1-2 shifts every 6 weeks. Two weekend shifts per contract.

Highlights:

• 91-day travel assignment at a Trauma Level I facility with 14 operating rooms and daily census of 45
• Diverse surgical caseload including orthopedic, general, neurological, vascular, and urological procedures
• Opportunities to work with advanced technology including da Vinci robotic systems and endovascular procedures
• Epic charting system utilized for documentation
• Minimal call requirements with excellent work-life balance
• Two pre-approved periods for time off during contract

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• Minimum 1.5 years of Operating Room experience; 2 years preferred
• Travel nursing experience required
• Required experience in orthopedic, general, neurological, vascular, and urological procedures
• Epic charting experience required
• Trauma Level I experience required
• Preferred: Experience with da Vinci robotic surgery, endovascular procedures, and ophthalmologic cases
• Residency restrictions apply for certain local counties
