Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse ICU – Albuquerque, NM 87102

Start Date: June 8, 2026

Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico

Schedule: Day shift, 4x12-hour shifts (06:30 - 19:00), with option for 36 or 48 hours per week. Six weekend shifts per schedule period required. 24-hour orientation provided.

Requirements:

• Active RN license (New Mexico or Compact State accepted if obtained prior to start)
• Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience with 1:2 patient ratio experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required; NIHSS certification required
• Experience preferred with EVD, ICP monitoring, neuro intensive care, post-neurosurgery management, and surgical intensive care
• Proficiency in critical care skills including ventilator management, arterial line management, vasoactive drip titration, central line care, and interpretation of ABGs and dysrhythmias
• Willingness to float to medical-surgical, stepdown, PCU, emergency department, and CVICU units as needed (capped at 4:1 ratio when floating)
• Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius from the facility
