Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Step Down – Tulsa, OK 74133

Start Date: June 1, 2026

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Schedule: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (6:30 PM – 7:00 AM). Weekend coverage required. Patient ratio 1:4. Multiple positions available.

Highlights:

• Step Down unit experience with cardiac telemetry and complex medical-surgical patients
• First-time travelers welcome with minimum one year of nursing experience
• Manageable patient ratios of 1:4 across all shifts
• Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including respiratory services, pharmacy, physical therapy, and more
• 25-bed unit with daily census of 25 patients treating respiratory failure, cardiac conditions, sepsis, and other acute diagnoses
• Epic charting system experience required

Requirements:

• Valid Oklahoma or Compact RN license required at time of submission
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required in hand prior to start
• Minimum one year of step down or telemetry nursing experience
• Epic charting system experience required
• Experience with patient ratio of 1:4
• Previous charge nurse experience preferred
• Community hospital experience preferred
• Local candidates within 75-mile radius not accepted
