Job Opportunity – Inpatient Pharmacist – Albuquerque, NM 87109

Start Date: June 8, 2026

Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico

Schedule: Night shift, 7 days on/7 days off rotation. Options include 4x10-hour shifts (8:30 PM – 7:00 AM) or 3x10-hour shifts (8:30 PM – 7:00 AM). Weekend coverage required as part of rotation.

Highlights:

• 13-week travel assignment with multiple positions available
• Work across two hospital locations providing comprehensive inpatient pharmacy services
• Serve diverse patient populations including neonates, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics
• Daily census of 80 patients in a 120-bed facility
• Epic charting system experience required
• First-time travelers welcome with minimum one year of pharmacy experience

Requirements:

• Active New Mexico pharmacy license (pending acceptable with 10-day ETA)
• PharmD or RPh credential required
• BLS, ACLS, and IV Certification required
• Minimum one year of pharmacy experience
• Proficiency in Epic charting system
• Skills required: clinical dosing, compounding, sterile technique, high-alert medications, anticoagulation therapy, pharmacokinetic dosing, IV medications, TPN mixers, Pyxis system, and therapeutic medication monitoring
• Must reside outside 50-mile local radius
