Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Cath Lab – Apple Valley, CA 92307

Start Date: June 2026

Location: Apple Valley, California

Schedule: Day shift, 4x10-hour (07:00 - 17:30). On-call required weeknights 17:30-07:00 and weekends Friday 17:30 through Monday 07:00. Weekend coverage may exceed every other weekend to meet unit needs.

Highlights:

• 212-bed acute care hospital utilizing Epic charting system
• Two-room cardiac catheterization lab serving adult and geriatric populations
• Advanced procedures including cardiac stent placement, pacemaker/ICD implantation, carotid stenting, and peripheral vascular studies
• Specialized equipment including FFR, angiojet, PV atherectomy, and moderate sedation protocols
• Interdisciplinary team support including respiratory services, radiology, pharmacy, and transportation

Requirements:

• Active California RN license required prior to start
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in cardiac catheterization lab required
• Previous travel nursing experience required; first-time travelers cannot be considered
• Experience with diagnostic cardiac catheterization, cardiac stent placement, circulating procedures, and right/left heart catheterization
• LA fire card obtained within the last 30 days required
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years

Time-off requests must be submitted at the time of application, and travelers must commit to working 3 of 5 major holidays during the assignment period.
