Job Opportunity – Inpatient Pharmacist – Lubbock, TX 79410

Start Date: June 8, 2026

Location: Lubbock, Texas

Schedule: Night shift, 7 days on/7 days off (20:00 - 06:30). Transition to day shift expected July/August 2026. Every other weekend required. Assignment duration through September 7, 2026, with potential extension through January 13, 2027 for FMLA coverage.

Requirements:

• Active Texas pharmacy license (must be in hand at time of submission)
• PharmD degree and RPh certification
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of hospital/inpatient pharmacy experience required (retail-only experience does not qualify)
• Some exposure to pediatric pharmacy required
• Epic charting system experience required
• Proficiency in sterile compounding, IV medications, Pyxis systems, and therapeutic medication monitoring
• Must commit to working 3 of 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
• Clean background check required; facility does not accept Nursys or background hits
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
