Job Opportunity – Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker – Spokane, WA 99204

Start Date: June 29, 2026

Location: Spokane, Washington

Schedule: Night shift, 4x10-hour shifts (16:00 - 02:00). Every other weekend required (Saturday and Sunday). Patient ratio approximately 7:1. Reduced non-billable orientation.

Highlights:

• Work in a 629-bed short-term acute care hospital with Level II Trauma and Pediatric Trauma designations
• Serve both adult and pediatric populations in the Emergency Department
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including ED attending providers and APPs
• Provide crisis intervention and mental health assessments for patients with mental health illness and substance use disorders
• Epic charting system in a teaching hospital environment
• No parking fees

Requirements:

• Full Washington State licensure as LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC (associate license not accepted)
• Minimum 3 years of experience conducting crisis risk assessments for adults and pediatrics
• Hospital experience preferred
• Proficiency with Epic charting system required
• Experience with involuntary holds, biopsychosocial assessments, crisis intervention, and suicide/homicide/self-harm evaluations
• Two professional references covering one year within the last three years
