Description
Job Opportunity – Cath Lab Tech – Anchorage, AK 99508
Start Date: June 15, 2026
Location: Anchorage, Alaska
Schedule: 4x10 day shifts (07:00 - 17:30), with some Saturdays as part of regular weekly schedule. On-call required 1 shift per week and every 4th weekend. Guaranteed 70 hours per 2-week period.

- Work at a Magnet-designated, Level II Trauma facility with 407 staffed beds recognized as the best hospital in Alaska
- Comprehensive procedural experience including diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization, STEMI, structural heart procedures (PFO, TAVR, Mitral Clip), and advanced support devices (IABP, Impella, Tandem Heart)
- Cross-functional opportunities with potential to float to Electrophysiology and Interventional Radiology
- Exposure to diverse procedures including neurointervention, CRM device implants, stroke thrombectomy, and vascular interventions
- Epic charting system in a state-of-the-art environment with Philips X-Ray System
- 13-week travel assignment with competitive compensation and benefits
Requirements:
- Active RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) or ARRT (R) (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists - Radiography) required
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab experience required
- Required experience: Electrophysiology (EP), Interventional Radiology (IR), Vascular procedures, cardiac monitoring, and neuro procedures
- Valid Alaska state license or willingness to obtain (10-12 week processing time)
- Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility
- Hepatitis B vaccination required (titers and declinations not accepted)
- Willingness to work 2 out of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year)
- Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
