Job Opportunity – Physical Therapist, Inpatient Rehabilitation – Santa Rosa, CA 95405

Start Date: June 1, 2026

Location: Santa Rosa, California

Schedule: Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts (08:30 - 17:00), Tuesday through Saturday. Assignment duration: 13 weeks (91 days).

Requirements:

• Valid California Physical Therapy license in hand (pending licenses not accepted)
• Minimum 1-3 years of physical therapy experience required
• BLS certification required
• Epic charting system experience required
• Acute rehabilitation or inpatient rehab experience strongly preferred
• Willingness to float to acute rehab unit and potentially between affiliate facilities
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
• Ability to work 2 out of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year)
• Trauma Level II experience preferred
