Job Opportunity – Vascular Ultrasound Technologist – Pocatello, ID 83201

Start Date: June 8, 2026

Location: Southeastern Idaho

Schedule: Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts (07:30 - 17:00), 91-day assignment. Daily census of 9 patients with 5:1 patient ratio. Orientation includes 36 hours onsite.

Highlights:

  • Specialized vascular ultrasound role requiring RVT credentialing and advanced training in arterial, venous, carotid, and graft studies
  • High-impact clinical position where results directly influence emergent treatment decisions for conditions such as DVT, carotid stenosis, and arterial occlusion
  • Epic charting system experience required with PACS integration
  • Work with leading equipment including GE, Philips, Siemens, and SonoSite platforms
  • First-time travelers welcome with comprehensive onsite orientation support
  • Adult patient population with interpretation services available for interdisciplinary support

Requirements:

  • Active BLS certification
  • RVT (Registered Vascular Technologist) credential required - CCI RVS or ARDMS RVT
  • 3 years of vascular ultrasound experience preferred
  • Proficiency in arterial graft studies, arterial mapping, carotid, color flow, dialysis grafts, Doppler studies, duplex scanning, lower and upper extremity arterial and venous studies, renal artery duplex, and stent evaluation
  • Epic charting system experience required
  • State or compact license must be active at time of application
  • Must reside outside 100-mile radius from facility
